Not by people who talk about shipping games. Not by people who analyze the economics of shipping games. By people who have actually done it — 58 times, across 30 years, for 134 million players.
We started as TLM Partners — a game services company that shipped titles for 2K, Gearbox, and Daybreak. In 2023, we were acquired by Endava (LSE: ENDE), a $2B+ enterprise technology company.
After the acquisition, the founding team saw the same thing everyone in game dev was seeing: AI was about to change everything. But nobody was building AI tools for game developers — tools that understood shaders and build pipelines and QA passes, not just chat completion.
So we built them. Monster Gaming is what happens when 30 years of shipping games meets 88 AI agents.
— Jacob Hawley, Founder
Founded TLM Partners, grew it to a multi-million dollar game services operation, and led the sale to Endava (LSE: ENDE) in August 2023. 58 shipped games including work on BioShock, Borderlands, and titles across 2K, Gearbox, and Blind Squirrel. Built Monster Gaming's entire technical infrastructure — NATS fleet, LLM gateway, agent architecture, Crucible pipeline — as a solo technical founder.
30+ years in game development. Art Center College of Design. Former roles at Daybreak Games, Blindwink Entertainment, and TLM Partners. 19 AAA titles shipped to 134 million players. The person who ensures Monster Gaming's AI agents produce work that meets real production standards — because he's been setting those standards for three decades.
30+ years of CEA (consulting, engineering, advisory) experience. Serial entrepreneur. Korea operations lead for Luxedeum's international expansion. The operational backbone that turns platform vision into shipped product.
Enterprise roles at Microsoft. AI100 Award winner. HIMSS and HDAA presenter. Brings institutional-grade financial modeling and valuation discipline to a startup that thinks in shipped games, not spreadsheets.
In-house General Counsel. Previous roles at Apple, Microsoft, Intellectual Ventures, and TLM Partners. California Bar #157926. Coordinates outside counsel at Sidley Austin (US) and Kim & Chang (Korea). The legal architecture behind a platform that handles training data, IP assignment, and cross-border compliance.
30+ years spanning AAA games, film VFX, and digital media education. Art Director on Command & Conquer: Tiberium. Production Designer and VFX Supervisor on the BIONICLE films (Best Visual Effects, 2003 & 2004). Credits across Valve, EA, and Epic Games. Former VP/Studio Art Director with roles ranging from concept artist to executive leadership.
Professor of Game Art at USC School of Cinematic Arts. BFA in Industrial Design, MFA in Computer Animation. Has taught at MIT, RISD, Woodbury, and Oklahoma State. Brings the rare combination of AAA production experience and academic rigor to Monster Gaming's visual pipeline.
Jake, Dennis, Jeal, and Murray all worked at TLM Partners through the Endava acquisition. They know how each other thinks. They've shipped together under pressure. Monster Gaming isn't a team assembled by a recruiter — it's a team forged by actually making games.
45,000 game dev jobs lost since 2022. This isn't about replacing people. It's about letting the people who are left actually ship.
Luxedeum, LLC is a Nevada LLC. Monster Gaming is its flagship portfolio company.
